Another Fun Night at Bird Rock!
After seeing great success in the first couple of months of 2022, the team was able to celebrate by having a Poker Night! The members of our team that played continued to show the persistence and dedication that makes up our team. It's easy to have the motivation to win at poker when we already have the motivation to be the best of the best! The friendship that flows through our team not only allows us to have amazing events, it helps push us to be collaborative, understanding, and motivated.

This was the first team building event of the year. Players who have never played poker before were able to learn and have fun! Everyone had dinner together and green beers on tap in the office for St.Patricks day.

Hello everyone :) I am excited to announce that I get to be a part of the Bird Rock Systems team. I am driven to learn more about cybersecurity while enhancing my marketing skills. I have already learned so much working here over the past month. The team is incredibly hard working and supportive. It is an amazing environment and I am learning so much more than I expected.

Why I decided to take the internship with Bird Rock Systems: Over the pandemic I ventured out of the hospitality industry and started looking towards more stable career paths and opportunities. I ended up studying and earning a certification for Comptia Security+ and my friend Georgy kept talking about how much he enjoys working in IT and at Bird Rock. He talked about the culture and growth and it seemed like the perfect place to start a new journey in my life. I just started, but I can already tell how this company is set apart from the rest. Bird Rock has a familial culture that respects everyone from the top down. Everything feels more personable and you can tell they care about each other and their clients.

As of March 1, 2022, Microsoft has implemented new price plans and rolled out a New Commerce Experience, or NCE.
What does this mean for you? Your Microsoft plans may be increasing as much as15%. In addition to this significant price increase, many organizations are not utilizing all of the licenses that they are allocated within their plan. EarthFair - Each year, the EarthFair draws around 50,000 visitors looking for ways to live a more sustainable life and support a clean, healthy, prosperous environment - and have a great day in the Park! Produced by 300 volunteers, EarthFair 2021 will feature more than 300 exhibitors.
Los Angeles Times Festival of Books -This two-day event on the University of Southern California campus features book sales, readings, signings, and musical performances. This year's festival will include appearances by A-list authors such as Erica Jong, Lawrence O’Donnell, and Dave Barry as well as talks on writing and even cooking demos.
La Jolla Concours D'Élégance -Ogle 150 rare and restored vehicles on display in La Jolla’s Cove area—grassy lawns with sweeping views of the ocean. Past “moving sculptures” have included horseless carriages, British Marques, and American classics. The weekend also includes themed events with music, dancing, and classic cocktails.
