Make Your Bed was written by former Navy SEAL, William McRaven and inspires its readers with ten lessons he learned while training that can be translated in helping with the matters of our daily lives.

A Navy SEAL needs to follow basic requirements, such as making your bed, in order to best perform and avoid facing any repercussions during training. The act of making your bed and starting the day with an accomplishment as small as this one can provide enough strength and encouragement to continue making better habits.
